About the project

The portal www.frilenseri.purs.gov.rs was developed and regularly updated by NALED as part of the StarTech project for the promotion of innovation and technological development in Serbia, in cooperation with the Government of the Republic of Serbia, the Ministry of Finance and the Tax Administration of the Republic of Serbia, with the financial support of Philip Morris.

StarTech represents a three-year project for the promotion of innovation and technological development in Serbia, implemented by NALED in cooperation with the Government of the Republic of Serbia.

StarTech is the first program to support innovative businessmen that is fully financed by a private, socially responsible company - Philip Morris in Serbia, with a total value of five million dollars.

The goal of the project is to accelerate the growth of Serbian companies and transform the traditional economy into a digital one, while providing support in the form of funds and expertise, working to improve the conditions for encouraging innovation and promoting domestic innovative businesses.
